Happy Birthday, Nelwyn! I agree with everything Kim said...including the sausage wraps and chips! Seriously, what were you thinking?!!! Hope your 75th is great. Does every year still keep getting better?
Happy Birthday, Nelwyn. Personally I'm looking forward more to Kim's side dishes than sausage wraps. Really Nelwyn, when a gourmet cook asks you what you want for your birthday dinner, you can come up with a better idea than that. I know, I know, you were thinking of what would be easiest for Kim. By age ???, you've earned the right to think of yourself once a year.
Happy Birthday Mom, I am truly blessed to have been given by God such a wonderfully loving, devoted, Christ centered, forgiving, patient, enduring, encouraging, etc, etc, Mom. I would comment on Kim's sweet Happy Birthday message and the touching comments from the rest of you, but it's hard to type when you're crying!Our Lord has been so good to me in every way but particularly in giving me such a loving family -- and besides that you are a lot of fun!I don't deserve any of my blessings but I am forever grateful for them. And remember, every decade gets better!
P.S. And what's wrong with sausage wraps? It was the king of Bavaria's favorite royal dish. Add a little cheese and sauerkraut and you have a dish fit for a king!

I agree with everyone else about the susage wraps. When Mom asks, "What do you want me to make for your birthday dinner?" don't default to the King of Bavaria's favorite meal. Go with something that can't be served on a stick!
