Another prayer request

Please keep Nate and me in your prayers as we are trying to lease our house again in Belton. The woman renting it backed out of her lease 6 months early and so if we don't get it rented by July 1st, we will be paying our mortgage in Belton and our lease in Austin. As I'm sure you can imagine, this would be really hard for us financially. Pray that we find a renter before July 1st and that if we don't, Mindy will fulfill her responsibility to pay the rent until someone else moves in.

Thanks!!

Ty and a couple of his friends are wanting to move to Belton so bad!! The only problem is, they can't move out of their house yet until 4 new names get put on the lease. I will be praying about this!

I'm going to ask around the office and see what cost effective legal action you can take to make her pay. A lease is an inforceable contract and you should be able to make her pay.

I know I can force the issue with her but I just know that if she could pay, she would be living there. She is a single mom with four kids whose husband left her for another woman and left her with nothing but child support. I know this is not my problem and she has been given ample opportunity by a lot of people to work and she never shows up. She is too distraught to work right now. It plays on my sympathy when I talk to her and she starts balling on the phone. As a Christian, it is hard for me to make someone's hard time in their life harder. So...I am desperately trying to lease it so that it doesn't come to that but if I can't lease it, I can't put my family in a financial bind because of her financial bind. This situation needs a lot of prayer. We still don't have a renter.
