Tara, Sally and I saw a news story on this last night. It is ridiculous! They interviewed some DISD teachers, who all talked about how all of the pressure has been moved to them from the students and parents. I think it is so sad!
Yes, we did. It is ridiculous and so sad! These kids will have a rude awakening once they get to the REAL WORLD some day and have to be responsible for their actions. Boo!
This is horrible!!! People are stupid and their kids are now going to be even stupider!
I bet the football coaches are loving this new grading system, since it is nearly impossible to fail.
Oh my goodness! Tara, that is sooo true. I didn't even think about the effect it would have on sports!
Tara, that article was the worst "education" article I have ever read! Your children and Tyler's children can come live with me and attend Central Texas Christian School where they will get a good Christian education while I have fun playing with them.Nana 1
