Well as of Thursday I became a homeowner. It will be another month before I move in because there was some updating that needed to be done. I have taken before pictures and will post them along with the after pictures. I am really excited but it was a huge decision and I admit I have been a little stressed out about it. I have prayed about this decision to buy a house from the beginning, so I really feel that the Lord led me to just the perfect house (and street) for me. I can't wait to show everyone!

I don't know if hosting the holiday festivities is "my gift" but could we at least wait until Christmas?!!! I just don't know if I will be up to Thanksgiving after a wedding especially when I will be working the day before and the day after Thanksgiving. At least this year Christmas falls on Friday so I won't have to go to work the next day!!! :)
