Thanks for all the love and support you all gave Taylor at the Show. Dad came from AZ and filled in the gaps ...feeding and watering the pig, giving advice, running errands and taking loads of pictures. Attending the auction was Tyler, Mary Helen, Lee, Sally, Nana, Betsy, Alana, Jerry, Jessica, Eldo and Honey. Then we had constant phone communication with Tara and Tanner. And finally the emails from the rest. I feel so blessed to be a part of such a warm and loving family. The price of the pig did not go as high as we had hoped but to Taylor she said "I'd rather have Grand Champion" than the money. I think that is a very healthy attitude!

I agree with Taylor. I'd rather have a little lighter wallet than be sitting at the Loser Table!
As for the "warm and loving family" comment...I think Mary Helen and Nana might be the only ones to place in that catagory. Just kidding (sort of).
It was great seeing everyone this weekend, and I too feel blessed to be a member of this family.
I love the family picture. However, Nelwyn looks like she's about to cry, and as usual the camera added about 20 extra pounds to my picture. How is it that it did it to me and no one else?
We also enjoyed the show Saturday. Jessica loved seeing Beautiful. I bet Ava would have loved it too.
